Our family recently stayed at Hotel Delfino for a memorable vacation in a quaint Swiss town. The hotel's convenient location, though not centrally near the main station, stands out for its accessibility by bus, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process. While the room we stayed in may not have met all expectations due to minor maintenance issues, the staff's accommodating nature and effort to make us feel at home were commendable.One highlight of our stay was the warm reception we received, coupled with the unexpected upgrade to a picturesque lake-view room-a pleasant surprise that enhanced our overall experience. The hotel's proximity to the lake and city center allowed for easy exploration of the area, leading us to discover charming restaurants and popular tourist spots nearby.Furthermore, the family-friendly ambiance at Hotel Delfino, alongside the attentive service, made our visit enjoyable and hassle-free. Although the room had its shortcomings, the sumptuous breakfast spread and reliable Wi-Fi added to our comfort during the stay.
